Salon Cabelo is an independent Aveda salon in Farnham. We offer supported hairdressing apprenticeships alongside Farnborough College of Technology, with in salon training, monthly one to ones, and a clear pathway from apprentice to stylist.

Your Pathway at Salon Cabelo
Stage 1: Foundation Apprentice
College learning supported in the salon, salon standards, confidence building.
Stage 2: Developing Apprentice
More hands on skills, structured training, building speed and consistency.
Stage 3: Advanced Apprentice
Refining cutting, colour, and finishing, preparing for stylist level work.
Stage 4: Qualified Stylist
Ongoing development, education, and long term career progression.

Apprentices attend Farnborough College of Technology
Monthly one to one guidance and goal setting
Extra in salon training with Louise and senior stylists
Aveda education and professional products
Training during college holidays where possible
